Just hit up 'Play with Friends' and set the lobby to private. Invite your buddies, and you're good to go.

Creating a private match in CSGO isn't rocket science. Just open CS:GO, click on 'Play', select 'Play with Friends', and change the lobby to 'Private Match'. Now just invite your friends and pick the map and settings. Enjoy the game!
