To drop weapons in CS:GO using the console, you first need to make sure the console is enabled. Go to game settings, turn on the console, then press '~' to open it during a game. There isn't a direct 'drop weapon' console command, but you can use 'bind <key> "drop"' to assign a key for dropping weapons.
