Enabling FPS and Ping in CS:GO is super easy and makes tracking your performance a breeze! Just open up the console by pressing the tilde key (~), which might be above the Tab key depending on your keyboard. Then, type in 'net_graph 1' and hit enter. This command will not only show your FPS and ping but also other useful stats like packet loss and server tick rate. Remember, to close it, just type 'net_graph 0'. Oh, and make sure you've enabled the console from the game settings first!

Honestly, typing 'net_graph 1' into the console every time has never failed me. Shows everything I need to know about my performance and connection. Plus, seeing those numbers helps me blame something other than my skills when I'm losing. ;)
