First off, make sure you've got the latest version of Nvidia's GeForce Experience installed. Then, in CS:GO, hit Alt+Z to bring up the GeForce Experience overlay. Click on 'Game Filter', or press Alt+F3 if you're already familiar with shortcuts. From there, you can add various filters to tweak the game's look to your liking. Remember, though, you need to be running the game in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen mode for this to work!

Just Alt+F3 in-game, and you're set. Make sure GeForce Experience is up-to-date and running in the background.
