Prime matchmaking? Just play a lot, get to 21, make sure your phone number's added to Steam, and voila! But really, it does help filter out some of the riff-raff.

To enable Prime Matchmaking in CS:GO, you first gotta have a qualifying phone number linked to your Steam account. Once that's done, just hit level 21 in-game, then click on the 'Details' button at the top of your CS:GO profile screen and there you'll see an option to upgrade to Prime Status. Easy peasy, no more smurfs and hackers in your matches!

Honestly, Prime's not a magic fix, still found some questionable players in my matches. But yeah, link phone, get to 21, upgrade.
