Honestly, I've had it enabled forever. Accessing Steam friends and the browser without alt-tabbing out of CS:GO is a game changer. Plus, snapping screenshots is a breeze. Make sure it's on!

Nah, just hit Shift+Tab while in-game, if nothing shows up, it's disabled. Enable it in settings.

Super simple, folks! Just open up Steam and head to the 'Settings' menu. Look for the 'In-Game' tab and make sure the 'Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game' option is ticked. Voila! You should now see the Steam Community while you’re owning in CS:GO. Remember, you can access the overlay in-game by pressing Shift+Tab.
