Ending the warmup in CS:GO is pretty straightforward but totally depends on the match type you're in. If you're in a private match, you simply need to type 'mp_endwarmup_immediately 1' in the console to end it right away. For official matchmaking, though, the warmup ends automatically once all players have connected to the game. So, if you're itching to get the action started, make sure everyone's loaded in!
