Ending a round in CS:GO quickly? Just open your console (`~` key) and type in `mp_restartgame 1`. This restarts the game after 1 second, effectively ending the current round. Make sure you've got sv_cheats set to 1 for this to work!

Type `endround` in the console. Works like a charm if you're in a private match and trying to test stuff out. Remember, enabling cheats is a must.
