How to evolve Applin in Pokemon Scarlet

To evolve Applin into Flapple in Pokémon Scarlet, you'll need to get an item called a Tart Apple. You won't find this item just lying around everywhere though; it's a bit rare. Once you've got a Tart Apple, just use it on Applin, and voilà, evolution magic happens! Now, if you were playing Pokémon Violet, you'd need a Sweet Apple instead to evolve Applin into Appletun, but since we're talking Scarlet here, tart is the way to go!

Just give it a Tart Apple, easy peasy. Scarlet uses Tart Apples, Violet uses Sweet ones. Don't mix 'em up!

Just get a Sweet Apple and give it to Applin, simple as that. No need to make it complicated!

Evolving Applin in Pokemon Scarlet is super straightforward but a tad specific. You'll need an item called the Sweet Apple. This item can sometimes be tough to track down, but once you've got it, just give it to your Applin, and voilà! Your Applin will evolve into Appletun. Just a heads-up, the Sweet Apple is key here because there's also a Tart Apple for evolving Applin in Pokemon Violet into Flapple. So, make sure you're using the right apple for the evolution you want!

Honestly, I don't get why everyone fusses over evolving Applin. Flapple? Appletun? They're just fancy apples. But yeah, Tart Apple for Scarlet.
