Evolving Rockruff in Pokémon Violet is pretty straightforward but super cool! Just level your Rockruff up to level 25. What's awesome is the time of day affects its evolution. If you level it up during the day (in-game time), it'll evolve into Midday Form Lycanroc. But if you do it at night, you get the Midnight Form Lycanroc. So, choose the form you want by timing your evolution right!

Just level it up to 25, guys. Doesn't matter when. Day or night, you'll get your Lycanroc.

It’s all about timing! Evolve it at level 25, but keep in mind: day time for Midday Lycanroc, night time for Midnight Lycanroc. I accidentally evolved mine at dusk and got Midday Lycanroc. Timing is key!
