You can't directly extend the warmup in official CS:GO matchmaking games since it's preset by the game. But, if you're playing in a private server, you definitely can! Just type 'mp_warmuptime 9999' in the console to set the warmup time to your liking. Remember, this only works if you have admin rights on the server.

Extending warmup is great for practice. Just make sure you're in a private server, then open the console (`) and enter 'mp_warmuptime' followed by the number of seconds you want. For example, 'mp_warmuptime 600' for a 10-minute warmup. Don't forget, you need admin rights to do this!
