To find Purah in Tears of the Kingdom, you gotta head over to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. It's located in the northeast corner of the map. Just look for the smokin' chimney from afar. Be prepared for a bit of a trek though, the journey there is half the adventure!

Honestly, just follow the main story quests and you'll bump into her. The game does a solid job of guiding you to important characters like Purah without making you wander aimlessly.
