All you gotta do is keep playing till you pick up a distress signal on your Pip-Boy after 'When Freedom Calls'. Follow that signal, and it leads you straight to the Cambridge Police Station. Help them fight off the ghouls, and bam, you've found the Brotherhood of Steel.

To find the Brotherhood of Steel in Fallout 4, just play through the main storyline until you complete the quest 'When Freedom Calls.' After that, you'll hear a military broadcast on your Pip-Boy radio from the Brotherhood, leading you to the Cambridge Police Station. Once there, lend a hand (or a gun) to Paladin Danse, and you're in!
