Did you try turning it off and on again? Seriously, reboot your PC and then restart CS:GO. Fixes more problems than you'd think, especially mic issues.

First up, check if your mic is set as the default device in both Windows sound settings and in the Steam client settings. If that doesn't do the trick, verify the integrity of game files through Steam: right-click on CS:GO in your library > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files. Sometimes game updates or other apps mess with your settings!

Make sure 'Voice Chat' is enabled in CS:GO's audio settings. You'd be surprised how many people accidentally mute themselves or disable voice chat and forget about it.

Hot take, but if your mic works in everything but CS:GO, it's not your mic. It's a setting issue within the game or Steam. Dive deep into those menus!
