First thing, check if your mic is properly plugged in or connected via Bluetooth. Sounds basic, but you'd be surprised how often this gets overlooked! Next, go to your CS:GO audio settings and make sure 'Enable Voice' is set to 'Yes' and your 'Microphone Volume' is turned up. Don't forget to set the correct mic device if you have multiple audio inputs. Also, pop into your computer's sound settings to ensure CS:GO is allowed to use your mic. If all else fails, restarting CS:GO or even your PC could do the trick. Works like a charm for me every time!

Just restart your game, dude. Works 90% of the time.

Honestly, it might just be your mic. I had to buy a new one because CS:GO wouldn't pick up my old mic no matter what I tried. Smashed that problem real quick with a shiny new mic!
