Oh, that's an easy fix! Just launch CS:GO, go to 'Settings', then 'Video Settings', and there you'll find a 'Display Mode' dropdown. Just select 'Fullscreen' from there, and you're all set to enjoy CS:GO in all its glory on your entire screen!
