Easy peasy! Just open the console in CS:GO (enable it from the game settings if you haven't already) and type 'sv_tickrate 128'. This sets the server tickrate to 128 for your offline games. Make sure you do this before starting the match.

Launch CS:GO, head over to your game settings and make sure the console is enabled. After that, press the tilde key (~) to open the console and type 'sv_tickrate 128'. This command switches your offline game to run at a 128 tick rate. Remember, the default is 64, so you'll notice smoother gameplay with 128.

Don't bother, the difference between 64 tick and 128 tick is hardly noticeable unless you're a pro. Just play and enjoy the game!
