How to Get a Bucket in Minecraft
Last updated
Ever wondered how to score yourself a bucket in the vast world of Minecraft? You’re in the right spot! Getting a bucket in Minecraft is super important for carrying water, lava, or even picking up fish.
So, how do you get a bucket in Minecraft? Let’s dive straight into the steps you need to follow to acquire this useful item.
Quick Steps to Get Your Bucket
First off, you need to gather some iron. To make a bucket, you need three iron ingots. You can find iron ore underground between levels 1-63. Once you locate some iron ore, mine it with a stone pickaxe or better.
After you’ve got your iron ore, it’s time to smelt it into iron ingots. You’ll need a furnace for this part. Place your iron ore in the top slot of the furnace and fuel (like coal or wood) in the bottom slot. Wait a bit, and voila, you have iron ingots!
Now, with your iron ingots in hand, it’s crafting time. Open your crafting table and place the three iron ingots in a V shape in the grid. This recipe is super simple: one ingot in the center left slot, one in the center slot, and the last one in the center right slot. There you have it, your very own bucket!
