Actually, it's a one-time deal. Only players who had CS:GO before it went free can get the loyalty badge. So, if you're a newcomer, there's no way to get one now. Bummer, but that's how it rolls.

Oh, the elusive loyalty badge! To score one of these in CS:GO, you needed to have purchased and played CS:GO before it transitioned to the free-to-play model back in December 2018. If you were part of the crew before they cut the price tag, you'd find this shiny token of appreciation in your inventory. No new loyalty badges are being handed out now, so if you missed the boat, you're outta luck, mate!
