You can't naturally. CS:GO doesn't support rainbow crosshairs directly through in-game settings. It's a game of precision and tactics, not unicorns!

I made my own sort of 'rainbow' crosshair by constantly changing its color through binds. Not exactly a rainbow but close enough. It gets funny reactions in casual matches!
