Just set it in the game lol, choose a lower res and play. Your Intel graphics should stretch it out automatically if it's set right in the control panel.

For those rocking an Intel GPU and wanting that sweet stretched res in CS:GO, it's all about tweaking your Intel Graphics Control Panel. First, right-click the desktop and open up that control panel. Navigate to Display > General Settings > Scaling, and then select 'Scale Full Screen'. Make sure to hit apply. After that, jump into CS:GO, set your resolution to something lower than your monitor's native res, and boom, you should be seeing the game stretched to fill your screen. Gives you that wide view to spot enemies faster (or at least that's the plan).

Honestly, stretching the resolution feels like a cheat code, but it's all fair in love and CS:GO. Make sure your Intel graphics settings are set to 'scale to full screen' and choose a lower resolution in-game. Worked for me, felt like my aim got a bit sharper thanks to those chunkier character models.
