First off, you'll need to open your Steam app or head to the website. Click on your username on the top right corner, then click on 'Inventory'. Look on the right side for 'Trade Offers' and click on it. Finally, you'll see a link that says 'Who can send me Trade Offers?' - your trade URL is right there. Just click on 'Copy URL' and you're set!

Yo, just a heads up, make sure you keep your trade URL a bit of a secret. Sharing it with everyone is not the best idea unless you want a flood of random offers.
