Just buy them lol. No, but seriously, grind those coins, watch for special events, and don’t forget to check the store for any deals on Keys. Sometimes they have bundles that can speed up your collection.

Honestly, just play a lot. I've unlocked almost all characters by playing daily and taking advantage of every event. It takes time but it's so worth it!
