Honestly, just trade for it. Beldum's spawn rates are ridiculously low, and you'll save yourself a ton of time. Hit up those Pokémon trading forums or ask a friend. You might get lucky and find someone willing to trade you a Beldum for something you caught in bulk.

I caught Beldum near Glaseado Mountain after like, 5 hours of searching. It was night in the game when it popped up. Not sure if that made a difference, but hey, worth mentioning if you're having a hard time finding it.
