Nope, you don't 'get' C4 in your inventory. It chooses you if you're playing Terrorist side.

Actually, you can't manually add C4 to your inventory in CS:GO. It's automatically given to a random Terrorist player at the beginning of the round. So, if you're hoping to start the round with some explosive action, you better hope you're the chosen one!

Everyone's overthinking it. C4 isn't an item you pick up like a weapon or a skin. Play Terrorist and maybe you'll start the round with the bomb. That's it.
