Just hit the tilde key (~) if the developer console's already enabled. If nothing happens, you gotta enable it first in the game settings. It's like the secret door to CS:GO's hidden treasures.

Easy peasy! First, open up CS:GO. Then, go to 'Options', click on 'Game Settings', and find the 'Enable Developer Console (~)'. Set that option to 'Yes', and BAM! You can now access the console by pressing the tilde (~) key, usually located under the Esc button. Enjoy the power!
