Just play the game! Crates drop randomly after matches. Keys, though, you'll have to buy. No way around it, unfortunately.

Got my best skin from a crate! Just keep playing and you'll stack 'em up. Remember, keys aren't free, so budget wisely if you're planning to open those crates.

Honestly, don't bother chasing crates and keys. Save your money and buy the skins you actually want from the market. It's a lot cheaper in the long run.
