Just play the game, lol. Drops happen at random, so the more you play, the better your chances. Prime players do get better stuff, though.

Honestly, I've been grinding since the Operation ended and noticed Prime Status makes a difference. More drops and cooler items. It's worth the upgrade if you're serious about collecting.
