Been there, done that! What worked for me: Change CS:GO to 'Windowed Mode' through the video settings, then move it to the second screen. Make sure to adjust the resolution to make it fit perfectly. Honestly, why bother putting CS:GO on a second screen? Just play it on your main display. Ain't nobody got time for setting up dual monitors just for gaming.
