Just hit up the Steam Workshop and search for surf maps. Click subscribe, and they're yours. Easy peasy.

Getting into CS:GO surfing is pretty fun, and setting up is easy! All you gotta do is fire up CS:GO, go to the 'Play' menu, then 'Community Server Browser'. Type 'surf' in the search bar, and you'll see a list of surf servers. Pick one and join! If you want to practice offline, you can also download surf maps from the Steam Workshop. Just subscribe to the ones you like, and they'll be added to your game.
