Getting demos from CS:GO is pretty easy! After finishing a match, go to the 'Your Matches' tab in the game menu. You'll see a list of your recent games there. Just click on the match you're interested in and you'll see a 'Download' option for the demo on the scoreboard screen. Hit that, and once it's done, the 'Watch' option will pop up so you can view the demo.
