Honestly, getting a Dusk Form Lycanroc is overhyped. Just catch a regular Lycanroc and enjoy the game!

To snag yourself a Dusk Form Lycanroc in Pokemon Violet, you gotta evolve a Rockruff that has the special Ability "Own Tempo." This isn't just any Rockruff, mind you. These special pups can't be found just wandering about; they're usually a part of specific in-game events or distributions. Once you've got your paws on one, make sure to level it up during dusk (in-game time) around 5 PM to 6 PM. Do it right, and voila, you’ll have your very own Dusk Form Lycanroc ready to rock!
