Getting FOV 90 in CS:GO isn't a straightforward option like in some other games, but you can kinda tweak your viewmodel to make your gun appear further or closer which can give the illusion of a wider FOV. Just jump into your console (`~` key) and play around with the `viewmodel_fov` command. Max you can go is `viewmodel_fov 68`, but playing around with `viewmodel_offset_x`, `viewmodel_offset_y`, and `viewmodel_offset_z` can also give you that 'zoomed out' feel. Remember, actual FOV changes aren't really supported, so this is the closest you'll get.

Nah, you can't actually change FOV to 90 in CS:GO. Game doesn't allow it.

When I wanted to increase my FOV in CS:GO to feel a bit more 'immersed', I played with the viewmodel settings. It’s not the same as increasing actual FOV but definitely helps in making everything feel a bit less cramped.
