Practice makes perfect! Start by adjusting your mouse sensitivity. A lower sensitivity might give you better control. Hop into aim training maps like Aim Botz or Fast Aim/Reflex Training. Spend time daily on these maps working on your aim. Also, deathmatch servers are great to practice in a more dynamic environment against real players. And remember, keep your crosshair at head level, always.

Mouse DPI and in-game sensitivity settings are key! Find a comfortable setting where you can aim accurately without much effort. Too high and you'll overshoot, too low and you can't turn quickly. Experiment and find your sweet spot.
