Just hit your escape key to bring up the menu and then close it. This simple step usually brings back the HUD. If that doesn't work, try entering 'cl_drawhud 1' in the console. That command should definitely get your HUD back on screen.

You might just need to restart your game. I've had this happen a few times, and restarting CS:GO fixed it with no need to mess around in the console.

Sometimes, the HUD disappears because of a glitch or if you accidentally hit something. I always go with the 'cl_drawhud 1' command in the console. Works every time for me!
