Easy peasy! Open CS:GO and hit the tilde (~) key to bring up the console. If it doesn't open, go to settings and make sure the console is enabled. Then, type 'connect' followed by the server's IP address. So, it should look something like 'connect 123.456.789.0:27015'. Just replace that with the actual IP and you're golden!
