Easy! Just press the tilde key (~) on your keyboard while in-game. That'll bring up the console where you can type commands. If it doesn't work, make sure to enable it first in the game settings. Go to 'Help & Options', then 'Game Settings', and turn on the 'Enable Developer Console'. After that, the tilde key will be your gateway to the console!
