Honestly, grinding to Level 21 is part of the fun, it preps you for the real Prime experience. Just play the game, enjoy, and you'll get there before you know it. Patience is key!

lol just buy it. If you don't wanna grind to Level 21, you can purchase Prime Status in the game's store. It'll get you into Prime Matchmaking instantly and you also get some cool in-game items to boot.
