Quick fix: Restart your game. Sometimes CS:GO gets all weird and a quick restart is like hitting the refresh button. Make sure your mic is set as the default device in both the game and your computer's sound settings. Works like a charm for me every time!

Honestly, just use Discord. The in-game voice chat is so 2012. Plus, you get better sound quality and can still chat while the game loads or if it crashes.

First, make sure your mic is properly plugged in or connected via Bluetooth. Then, go into CS:GO's settings, head over to the 'Audio' section, and check if the 'Enable Voice' is set to 'Yes.' Also, play around with the 'Microphone Volume' slider to make sure it's not too low or muted. If it still doesn't work, open up your sound settings on your computer to ensure CS:GO is allowed to use your microphone.

Another thing to check: the privacy settings on your PC. If you're on Windows 10, go into your Privacy settings and make sure apps are allowed to access your microphone. It's a common oversight!
