Unlocking more characters in Subway Surfers is all about stacking up Coins and Keys! You can collect Coins while you play, then use them to buy characters in the game's store. For those special or limited edition characters, keep an eye out for Keys. You'll need these rarer items to unlock them, and you can get Keys through in-app purchases, by watching rewarded videos, or during special events.
