Easy peasy! Just open your console in CS:GO (you might need to enable it first through the game settings), and then type 'net_graph 1' and hit enter. Voila, your net graph should pop up on your screen showing your ping, FPS, and other network stats. To hide it again, just type 'net_graph 0'. Remember, the console is your friend for all sorts of commands in CS:GO!

Seriously, just type 'net_graph 1' in the console. That's it. Not rocket science.

Been using the net graph for ages to check my ping and FPS. Definitely helps to see if my lag is because of my internet or just my ancient PC trying to keep up with CS:GO. Just make sure to enable the console from the game settings first, then 'net_graph 1' will get you that sweet, sweet data overlay.
