nah, you can't go back to the old sounds. Valve's always updating things to keep the game fresh. You'll get used to the new sounds soon enough!

I actually found a mod that brings back some of the old CS:GO sounds! It's a bit of a workaround and you gotta be careful to only use it in offline games or servers that allow it. Playing with these on official competitive servers is a no-go if you don't wanna risk getting banned. Still, for just messing around or feeling nostalgic, it's pretty cool.
