You can’t get the Operation Hydra Challenge Coin anymore since the event ended. However, back when Hydra was live, players got the coin by buying the Hydra Pass and completing Guardian missions and challenges. Sometimes, you find someone willing to trade their coin, but that's super rare and usually not legit. Keep an eye out for new operations though, Valve drops them now and then, and you can earn a new coin!

No way to get it now, the event's over. Focus on the next operation Valve releases, that's your best bet.
