Catching a Pupitar in Pokemon Scarlet is all about knowing where to look! Head over to the mountainous areas of the Paldea region, specifically around the north side. Pupitar tends to appear in rocky, mountainous terrains. Just roam around these areas, and with a little patience, you'll find one. Make sure to have some strong Poke Balls ready!

Actually, I think Pupitar is overrated. Just evolve a Larvitar; you'll get one eventually. Plus, training it from a Larvitar gives it better stats.
