Just give 'give weapon_revolver' a shot in the console after you enable cheats with 'sv_cheats 1'. Should work like a charm!

Easy peasy! To get the revolver in CS:GO offline, start the game and open the console (usually by pressing the `~` key). Then, type 'sv_cheats 1' to enable cheats. After that, type 'give weapon_revolver' and hit enter. Voila, you've got yourself a shiny revolver to play with offline!
