Getting silenced weapons in CS:GO is pretty straightforward. For the M4A1-S, just choose it over the M4A4 in your loadout before a match. The USP-S works the same way; select it over the P2000. Remember, you gotta do this in the loadout screen before you're in-game, or you'll be stuck with whatever you've got for that match!

Honestly, why bother? The unsilenced versions pack more ammo. More ammo = more opportunities to miss and still come out on top. Embrace the spray and pray.
