Unfortunately, you can't get skins in CS:GO on the Xbox 360. Skins and most of the updates that include them are exclusive to the PC version of the game. The console versions haven't received updates in a long time.

Actually, CS:GO skins are a no-go on Xbox 360. The version is pretty much as it was at launch, without the updates and features like skins that PC gamers enjoy.
