Actually, you can't get someone's IP from playing CS:GO. The game servers are set up in a way that keeps that sort of info private to protect players. Why would you even want to? This goes against the spirit of the game and frankly, it's kinda sketch. Play fair, play fun. That's what CS:GO is about.
