If you've lost your Subway Surfers data, don't panic just yet! First thing's first, if you were logged into your Google Play Games or Game Center account, your progress might just be saved there. Just log back into your account on your device, and the game should prompt you to restore your progress. Also, if you've linked your game to a Facebook account, you can recover your progress by logging back into Facebook within the game. Works like a charm for me every time I switch phones!

Honestly, just email their support. I lost my game data once, and after a few emails, they were able to restore my high scores and all my characters. Make sure you can tell them any details about your account to help them find it. Worth a try!
