Getting the CS:GO Loyalty Badge is pretty straightforward! You had to own and play CS:GO before it went free to play on December 6, 2018. If you were part of the crew before that date, congrats, you should have automatically received the Loyalty Badge in your inventory. It's a special way Valve said thanks to its early supporters.
